SINCE 1960
Printers of social stationery
For over sixty years Gee Brothers has printed the correspondence cards, writing paper and invitations that mark life's quietest occasions and its greatest ones. What began as a London printing house remains a family craft — measured by the quality of an impression, never the speed of a press.
Our story
OUR CRAFT
The art of a fine impression
Engraving, die-stamping, letterpress and foil — each is set by hand and pressed a sheet at a time. The raised ink of a die-stamped monogram, the soft bite of letterpress into cotton paper: details no screen can imitate, and the reason a letter still feels like an occasion.

From first draft to finished sheet
Considered design
Every commission begins in our studio. A designer refines your wording and typesetting by hand and sends a digital proof — with three complimentary rounds of amendments — before a single sheet is printed.
The finest papers
We print on the mills we trust — Conquer and Colorplan among them — in wove, laid and cotton finishes, each chosen to suit the design and carry the impression beautifully.
Pressed & finished by hand
From engraving to hand-finishing, every sheet follows the standards of traditional print. Made to order in Britain, checked by eye, and sent to you ready to write.
